gratitude

today, i feel grateful for:

• awesome family & friends
• peppa pig via youtube, el's fave new show
• baristas who know just how i like my drink order
• cardigans
• the first annual historically black college and university fair held on our school campus today
• the older gentlemen who rapped to our students with a very positive message, despite how dated he sounded when he threw in the term "gameboy"
• cotton babies' recent announcement about new cloth training pants, all-in-one diapers, and new colors and prints. yippee skippee!
• rapid phone chargers
• music in languages i don't understand yet can still "comprehend" through the emotion of the vocalist
• nurse practitioners who take the time to listen to their patients
